Duty and Responsibilities:

 

Responsible and conduct TSS and design survey for the proposed Relay and GSM cell sites thru GPS and theodolite with respect to required telecom coordinates, and submit TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) including site location history (flood history, site elevation, access road, nearest AC power tapping point and site lay-out).

 

Fully responsible for the day to day  activities  and close supervision/monitoring from site lay-out, excavation of tower foundation, laying of rebars including concreting with respect to design mix, tower erection including painting (SST, monopole and guyed tower), installation of BTS and microwave antenna, tower electrical and grounding works, and also close supervision for construction of all sub-structures like equipment shelter pad including assemble of PU panels, genset pad including mounting, electrical and termination, guard house including electrical and general grounding works, perimeter fence, and installation of electrical panels and alarms including testing, and other site development works.

 

Prepare and submit weekly progress and accomplishment reports  with pictures to Project Manager, also conduct and witness for all testing like concrete test, slump test, verticality and torque test including FDT.

 

Implement and lead for the safety and quality of works at all times and to ensure that all works shall be done in accordance with the approved plans, design, specification, and prepare/submit detailed redline and quantification per site as basis for billing and final acceptance.

 

Prepare and evaluate site folder preparation for the final acceptance and apply occupancy permit.

 

WORK SUMMARY:

 

Construction/Implementation and Site Acquisition Experience.

Plan review and verification prior to distribution with respective sub-contractors engineer in-charge. Ensure all plans to be circulated are updated for construction. Attends internal meeting for coordination of all correspondence to all Site Engineers and Managers. Coordinates queries/design information and shop drawings of all sub-contractors including material submittal to the consultant for approval prior to implement. Facilitate systematic filing of plans/drawings including technical correspondence of operation department.
