Outside plant fielding and design under contract to Optica Networks/E-Care federal grant project. Field survey of over 2000 poles for fiber optic backbone build and laterals connecting rural hospitals between Beatty and Reno. Utilized Trimble GPS survey equipment and digital range finder to establish pole position and height of attachments for all utilities. Successfully submitted OCALC pole loading data for application to attach to NV Energy, AT&T and Valley Electric Association facilities. Prepared permit drawings for Nevada Department of Transportation for aerial crossings of state highways. Properly performed underground fiber placement inspection to G.O. 128 standards through leased NV Energy, AT&T and Optica owned structure.

Successfully engineered/fielded numerous short fused AT&T copper/fiber projects to meet critical service and corporate due dates in northern California.

Projects included major fiber backbone reinforcement and placement to various ATT Mobility cell sites for new 4G network and immediate copper distribution rehab/replacement/relief for LIGHTSPEED services. Fielded fiber make ready pole attachments for  AC2 (Comcast overbuild projects). Successfully engineered new pole line & revamped existing facilities to meet/surpass California Public Utilities Commission requirements. Inspected & resolved substandard construction by various contract firms involved with private development and public projects, saving AT&T lost time, missed commitments and non-acceptance of unusable conduit structure.
