Splice all sizes of copper and fiber optic cables, aerial buried and underground. Used portable power plant and set up traffic control during manhole operations. Make cable rearrangements in all size cables. Updates records and work prints. Operate test equipment such as Simpson meters,   identifying cable pairs and fusion machines.

  equipment used in aerial, buried, and underground cables plus Over 50 hours of school training on

   Traveled to various parts of the State to assist in any and all types of telecommunications work

    as was  needed.

Aerial Lineman                                                                                                      Prior to 1984

Set poles, placed aerial cable, pulled cable through conduits.  Load and unload equipment, cable reels, poles, and operated T40 bucket truck, line trucks, along with pulling pole trailers.
