To whom it may concern:
This document reflects 30 years industry experience that started in craft up to present
RCDD achievement. I believe I have a solid reputation in the telecomm community and
consider myself well connected with regards to vendors, manufacturers and service
providers. I also believe my background meets the road in terms of experience and
longevity in both ISP and OSP design and build disciplines.
My OSP design work has entailed aerial/burial and or combination of both to include
optical fiber and high pair-count copper installations. I’ve acted as a BIC (Building
Industry Consultant) many times for commercial clients to ensure proper sizing and
placement of buried duct banks and I’ve initiated negotiations with local utilities for joint
pole use in aerial applications (EXP. Duke Energy).
Some of the key aspects of my experience in ISP/OSP design/build include but are not
limited to:
· Provide flexible, scalable, future-ready transport systems design and estimated
cost of materials (BOM) and cost of project implementation (labor).
· Interacts with Sales/end users/architects/general contractors/manufacturers and
vendors through the conceptual/design stage.
· Seeks to add value to end users/building owners to leverage their infrastructure
assets and maximize their return on investment (ROI) while providing best
practices with maximum project margin. Interacts with project management
services for a proper design implementation, in order to provide support during
the infrastructure installation.
· Develop the cost information to make budgetary and feasibility determinations.
· Compile and analyze data on all of the factors that can influence costs—such as
materials, labor, and location.
I believe my skill sets and knowledge of the ISP/OSP discipline meet your requirements.
