At Keane Energy my responsibilities as a Lead  Electronics Technician included Leading and assisting in the maintenance process and the testing, diagnosing and repairing of logging and perforating equipment as well as the electrical and mechanical diagnostics of fracturing equipment such as but not limited to blinders, pumping units, sand cans, hydration units, and Data vans. Mentoring my peers in the processes of logging tools such as Probe, Titan, and Hunnington as well as our Warrior logging programs and systems.     With Keane being a relatively new company I was in charge of building an Electrical technician process and procedure program that has proven to be second to none in the industry. Working hand in hand with other departments we have created a very strong fleet of fracturing equipment that is quickly obtaining a reputation of being the best in the Permian Basin.
