·         Compiled and analyzed information required to produce detailed work print by conducting field surveys and examining outside plant records, within a designated area.

·         Designed, prepared and submitted routine work orders for approval to accommodate commercial, municipal, sub-division developments and apartment complexes.

·         Monitored and analyzed activity within a designated geographical area that affected outside plant. Investigated and resolved customer complaints

·         Provisioned HiCap, DS1/DS3 and T1 facilities to Cell Sites, ADSL to Remote Terminals.

·         Designed & supervised Underground Conduit systems construction, CEVs, Manholes for Remote Terminals.

·         Compiled and analyzed information required to produce detailed work for improvement schemes by conducting field surveys, examining outside plant record and monitoring activity occurring within designated central office areas.

·         Coordinated and conducted liaison activities for installation of facilities to meet deadlines. Coordinated construction projects for underground conduit, manholes, joint boxes, pole lines and underground, aerial and buried fiber optics and copper cables.

·         Responsible for the documentation and submission of information used to derive the official outside plant construction program view. Prepared necessary billing for all work orders, completed by me or my subordinates.
