The installation of one of the largest Fiber Optic rings in Mexico utilizing Marconi fiber equipment at a cost of 6.7 million. During life cycle of these projects I was responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking capital construction. These projects were completed within budget, and on time.

·               Authorizes and tracked all work performed by the functional groups, and was the primary interface with Vartec’s Transmission Engineering, IT Network Construction, Transmission Planning, IT Technical Facilities Management, and other functional groups as required to define and implement capital construction projects.
