2008) While with A&E, I installed
underground conduit for future installment of fiber-optic cable using a
directional drill, also known as a boring machine. I began working with

Technology locating systems - Directed boring machine operator to our target using Mark IV

performed all make-ready tasks for final hook-ups - Land restoration Special Projects SOCN Project – Connecting Appalachia This project was brought in to close
gaps in broadband Internet connectivity in 34 rural Ohio counties. This
was a federally funded project. My role as supervisor during this
project required knowledge in several areas including: engineering,
budgeting, logistics, customer service, and being the liaison between Bowlin
