Preparing and organizing new and redesign projects for construction and to facilitate new expansion and rebuild needs of the coax and fiber broadband communication system, by initiating customer contact, securing agreements, completing design and all necessary steps for the timely construction/customer needs, including all cost and standard requirements.

Duties included, managing all projects within the Sacramento county region. I was responsible to manage 3 different phases of construction for this CATV telecommunication company. Phases included, repair of existing plant, construction of new plant, including aerial and underground construction, and the expansion of the primary ring. Responsibilities included, providing traffic control,

along major thoroughfares, ordering, receiving and maintaining materials and supplies, for construction, calling Underground Service Alerts, meeting with city and county inspectors, and maintaining a quality control program.

Project also included a joint trench contract with SBC. Responsibilities included scheduling crews to deliver and install cable and conduit into open trenches, at any and all new housing developments within Sacramento County. Duties, also included providing documentation and invoicing upon completion.

Job duties, GO-95 Make Ready field engineering.  Responsibilities include the training of new personal in the collection of data, in the field, for the purpose of applying for pole attachments, on existing utility poles. Other duties include, system design, for aerial or underground construction.

Responsibilities included supervising multiple crews in various locations along a 20 mile railroad right-of-way, monitoring crews performing a variety of tasks, including utility protection, utility upgrades, utility removal and installations, for a light rail project in Sacramento, Ca.

Associated responsibilities included ordering materials, USA utility location request and co-ordination with all other utilities.

Skills include a working knowledge of grade setting, sewer and water pipe installation, conduit and pipe installation for power gas, and communications. I oversaw the construction of storm drain inlets and outlets, manhole construction and road repair upgrades.

Owner / operator of a company, providing underground conduit placement, for a  CATV telecommunication system.

Responsibilities included placement of the fiber optic and coax cables and termination at both ends, verifying signal strength.

Responsibilities included the construction of a 12 interduct telecommunication system, constructing the portion, from San Jose to Los Angles, for the most part along the railroad right-of-way, using plowing, boring and trenching methods to construct the system. Other responsibilities included the tie-in operation, proofing ducts, placement of manholes, and installation of the fiber optic cables.
