Lead the network global expansion to support the ARMY’s Movement Tracking System (MTS) and
FBCB2 Blue Force Tracking (BFT) growth in multiple war theaters worldwide. Implemented multiple
tracking and geographic information systems with high availability and site redundancy to support war fighter
situational awareness and logistic inventory management requirements. Oversee network operations, program
status, P&L, system deployments, vendor agreements, system management & monitoring.
