Remedial:

The system will remind the RMU analyst that the date for generating a new CCR (Remedial) for the client has come and will generate a task in the RMU analyst’s inbox.

The RMU analyst then chooses an appropriate report and enters all the necessary data in the system. If this is a successive CCR then the system will already fill in most of the data in the CCR form and the RMU analyst just updates the necessary fields.

Once finished the CCR is sent for approval – the RMU analyst chooses the approver manually – the system saves the CCR in the database and generates a task in the Approver’s inbox. The Approver cannot change the CCR; he can approve it, Reject it or send the CCR back to the preparer for Rework.
