Automated Billing System (eABS), having yearly revenue of more than $1.7 billion, is an automated system developed in TIBCO technology. This application handles the customer who are scheduled for product renew automatically based on plan i.e. monthly/yearly basis. Application was developed to implement functionality that includes billing of the customer/credit card validation and email notification to customer and scheduling the billing for next year. Application opt-out the customer if customer does not wish to continue autorenew of its product for coming billing cycle. The system performs a host of function for this –

·   Two months (Configurable) before the renewal is due, the system checks user's account details and send a pre-billing notification to the user. If the account details are not valid, it sends a reminder notice to the user to update their account details so that the entitlement could be renewed.

·   The system also connects to Paymentech for updating the user's credit card details so that users order could be placed successfully.

·   15 days (Configurable) prior to the subscription expiration, system attempts to renew the entitlement. If it fails, it tries again at various times (configurable) before opting user out of AR Program

Responsibilities:

·   Designed and developed Autorenewal functionality using channels, Concepts, Rules and Decision Table , Active Space.

·   Drafted Best Practices for creating the Business Events Channels, Events, Concepts, States Machine, Rules and Active Space (Data Grid).

·   Experience in implementing SOA concepts by designing and developing Web Services/WSDL, SOAP using TIBCO Business Works –both SOAP/HTTP and SOAP/JMS.

Ladbrokes is the largest betting company in the UK and largest retail bookmaker in the world. EAI Layer in Ladbrokes was setup to streamline core business processes (e.g. Event/Market Management, In-Play Trading) and to improve system architecture so as to lay the foundation for the business to better respond to market opportunities. This project includes acquiring data feeds to supply and automate data in a batch, real time or near real time format will remove the need for this data to be entered manually. Also the Automatic Management of events, markets and results is done to provide central back bone for the inter application integration.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Developer in Ladbrokes Project I was involved in –

·   Worked in Agile software development framework that promotes foreseen interactions throughout the development cycle.

·   Analysis of design documents received from client and also developing some design documents.

·   TIBCO BW process Implementation for Audit View Functionality.

We were asked to provide Complete End-to-End and Like-to-Like functionality and content Migration solution.

Responsibilities:

·   To manage track, a team of 4 Associates and 1 UI Developer.

The objective of this project was to implement Interwoven (Team Site) CMS technology solution using DCT to insert data into Oracle DB and using  J2EE architecture to display data on webpage, This solution was provided scalability for across 70+ territories and increased efficiency of ongoing content production and deployments.

Teller application will be a desktop application and will be used by Bank Employee.  This application will perform all core banking related functions and also interact with other services either using Web services or certificate exchange.

·   Involved in developing the UI using Java Swing.

·   Development of Prototype Plugins in ECLIPSE RCP.

Framework design for migrating Oracle technology based products to J2EE architecture

3I-Infotech Ltd. has two products ORION (AN ERP Product) and PRIMIA (An Insurance Product) was developed using ORACLE Technology. Under this project a generalized framework is being developed and through it both the product will be migrated on to J2EE architecture.

Responsibilities:

·   Involved in Analysis of the requirements.

·   As a part of core development team, I was involved in developing a module which is going to enable Web services for these products.

·   Worked on a module, which was handling Data (DAO) Layer under this my responsibility was to implement Top-Link Essentials. Also to-check implementation and effect of Business rule and Oracle BPEL process in this module.

·   Developed framework for integration with different Rules Engine like ILog, DROOL, Oracle Rules Engine using ADAPTER Framework

Finacle (e-BANKING (eCeC)), Universal banking solution from Infosys Technologies.

Finacle is a core banking suite developed and marketed by India's Infosys Technologies. In addition to core banking, Finacle suite includes modules for various other banking and financial needs including e-banking, mobile banking, treasury, wealth management, customer relationship management (CRM), business analytics, operational data store and specialized core banking solution for regional rural banks (RRBs). Finacle’s banking customers are spread across the globe including Africa, Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

·   As Developer, Designed and Developed, DATA Download Functionality Using MS-DTS (Data Transformation Services ) From Core Banking  Server(at Oracle DB Server ) to e-Banking Server (at SQL-SERVER 2000 DB).This Functionality is designed for downloading around 1,00,00,000 per day Data From Core end to e-Banking end. During this development I have got a very good exposure to use multiple Database Server and SQL, P/L SQL Scripts.

·   As Developer and Part of e-Banking, Maintenance Team provided fixes and done Recon work in e-Banking 6.11 Version of Finacle. Currently Six Banks from INDIA, MIDDLE EAST and SRI LANKA are using Finacle 6.111 Version.

·   Solved Database Migration Issues while upgrading Application from lower version to higher version.
