ASM Research provides professional services to federal and state government agencies. The services provided cover a broad range including: software development, data analysis, IT Infrastructure and IT security.

Program Manager, 2011 - 2015

·               Provided program management for 15 Veterans Administration (VA) projects, managed the activities of project managers and directly supervised four VA projects consisting of corporate personnel and contractor staff working remotely at sites across the country.

·               Managed the VA ASTSS project, which performs independent testing of software product developed by VA and contractor staff for the Veterans Benefit Administration, Veterans Health Administration and National Cemetery Administration.  Responsible for allocating and scheduling resources, interacting directly with COR to address all requirements and issues and managing corporate and subcontractor staff.

·               Managed the VA FISI Phase II project responsible for performing site surveys of IT facilities at 110 VA Medical Centers across the country.  These activities included supervising the survey team and coordinating all site visits directly with Facility CIOs and engineering staff.  Also, coordinate these activities with the VA Office of Information Technology and the Construction Facilities Management office.  Ensured that the site survey results are analyzed and properly loaded into the Facility Conditions Assessment Database.

·               Developed an Excel VBA application for the Veterans Benefit Administration that estimates staffing requirements based on total projected case load.  The application makes web-service calls to the MapQuest API and parses the JSON result to determine total travel times.
