·    Designed and Implemented an extension to the HIE to allow for integration of Ambulatory data exchange, Accountable Care Organization access and for integrated identity through EMPI technologies. 

·    Developed and implemented a clinical event notifications system leveraging the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio) that alerts clinicians and their associated staff of hospital encounters.  This solution has added considerable revenue to the CORHIO operating budget.

·    Designed and implemented an integration engine platform responsible for the receipt and storage of HL7 and CDA data into a clinical data repository with the purpose of query/retrieve via portal access and web service retrieval.  This platform also handles standard HL7 point to point transmissions to interested systems.

·    Designed and oversaw development of a UI Automation tool that included the functionality to synchronize data receiver implementation agents across the Medicity Grid functionality. The Grid did not previously contain a method of import and export in order to implement a physician office across multiple data contributors. This significantly improved both the speed to deploy as well as a reduction in manual errors.

·    Led technical architectural discussions and design sessions around new products and technology opportunities.

·    Responsible for the day to day management of development team, including sprint planning, project management and lead developer duties

·    Lead .NET developer using C# as primary language to develop custom solutions

·   Developed 5 Computerized Human Interface Mimicking Programs (CHIMPs) to automate the windows GUI to perform tasks such as printing fetal strips to the EMR, generating billing reports from dental system and printing aggregate day end reports for critical care.
