and Receiving Reengineering and automatization. This helped to consolidate
and begin to centralized large volume, raw material purchases, with order
releases. Reduce obsolete material. Track of material as well as finished
product. These included to deal with suppliers and helped them with the
process automatization. Reducing Manual labor and improving activity to a
10%.

diverse trainings programs on tools used reducing errors and manual
