Optimize the process coming from customer’s orders, the generation of the daily and the forecast plan (Viable Production Plan) - to reduce net changes, quality issues from customer, Reduction of lead- time to customer, Increase in On Time Delivery, Disposition of obsolete material of finishes products and improve communication between floor shop supervisor, shipping clerks and planner. This optimizes the shipments in a 5% to 10%. This helped to improved sales reports on finance reducing the margins of errors from a range of $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 to just a range of $50.00-$90.00 USD dollars.

• Inventory and Receiving Reengineering and automatization. This helped to consolidate and begin to centralized large volume, raw material purchases, with order releases. Reduce obsolete material. Track of material as well as finished product. These included to deal with suppliers and helped them with the process automatization. Reducing Manual labor and improving activity to a 10%.

• Initiated diverse trainings programs on tools used reducing errors and manual problems in a 15%. Plus introduce some new concepts on Materials Management, JIT, Kan ban, Kaizen, concepts, including Activity Based Management, vendor negotiation, effective Production Planning, Lean Manufacturing and MRP analysis and execution – For IT and Plant workers.
