·   Created custom reports and update processes using Pro*C adhering to SCT Banner Standard Reporting.

1.   A report to track variances in employee earnings, taxes/deductions, and benefits.  The report utilizes personnel and payroll information in reconciling a current pay cycle to a previous pay cycle with a summary. 

2.   Ad hoc Banner submission process updating the FICA Max from changes sent by the governing bodies.

3.   An update module used for the next two years to update the salary of employees with summer earnings. The module also generates a report consisting of data before and after update.

·                              Created update scripts to capture data and check whether records require update.  The process updates deferral balances for all 9 month employees paid over 12 months for initial go-live.

·                              Created a stored package used to roll employee’s leave balance overage to their sick leave category.  The updated Pro*C piece (Banner Baseline) calls the stored package/procedure to update employee information monthly and process a table roll at the end or beginning of a fiscal year to meet the requirements.

·                              Created custom Oracle Reports for Finance module of SCT Banner.

1.   Generated a report using data from legacy system to reconcile with the Banner system for a Clearing Account checks applied to student accounts on legacy system and load into Finance for reconciliation.

2.   Generated a Cash Reconciliation report for batch checks ran for Accounts Payable

3.   Generated a combination report for Budget Summary by Organization for expenditures and revenue funds of the Operating Account Ledger in addition to modifying the report-to-report Budget Summary by Major Categories of the Operation Account Ledger.

·                              Created SQL Scripts and Shell Scripts for schools to utilize to execute processes as well as add the processes to the front end application used by the user to submit job requests for the custom Oracle and Pro*C Reports.
