Customer Outreach System: The Customer Outreach System (COS) houses three programs offered by UGI, (i) LIURP (Low Income Usage Reduction Program), (ii) OpShare (Operation Share Program), and (iii) CAP (Customer Assistance Program). The COS allows low-income customers to pay a percentage of their income instead of the higher amounts they would ordinarily owe to UGI for their utility bills. It also forgives existing debt over time if customers remain in good standing.  This system automates enrollment, bill adjustments and other routine tasks required for the administration of the program. Scope of work involves fixing bugs, enhancements and maintaining the application.

Once those opportunities meet a specific set of criteria, they are imported into Bullhorn for the recruiters to work on them. LiquidHub also required Bullhorn to provide updates, such as Job Status changes or Placements, to be written back into Salesforce.

It includes all TMSA, ISM and ISO policies and procedures along with the checklists, forms and reports needed to meet these requirements. AVRA is Automated Voyage and Risk Assessment tool, and the project involved development, support and maintenance. This software was implemented by Hudson Analytix to more than 10 clients. The scope of work includes bug fixes in the application, deployment of application on the vessels and office servers, design and develop new features
