● Project goal: create a free, open source, modular platform for governments to monitor the

ecological and residential health of the city.

● Designed and implemented a cloud based server/database backend infrastructure (Windows

Azure and MS SQL).

● Developed a web service and API to serve requests from a mobile application (ASP.NET).

● Embedded an emergency communication system for Hoboken government officials to

broadcast messages to city residents (Azure notification hubs, NodeJS, C#).
