·               Understanding, configuration, & use of related Oracle E-Business Suite modules & providing ongoing operational support in managing complex strategic analysis and architecture of data environments (DM/DW) and its processes for BI Analytics and reporting.

Wells Fargo corporate treasury DW team provides on going operational support in managing complex strategic analysis of data environments, data architectures, operating model information management processes, data related applications, infrastructure, and data disciplines to structured data modeling solutions

Responsibilities:

·               Lead a development team to implement high-quality solutions using Informatica and related technology for decision support systems

·               Translate business requirements into integration specifications, working with ETL developers to oversee the implementation of ETL designs and manage product releases/code migration through DEV, SIT, UAT and Production environment.

·               Development and maintenance of interface control documents and facilitate requirements data mapping, and business rules definition sessions, document analysis, workshops, etc.

·               Support the development and enforcement of integration standards using knowledge of the current data environment, regulatory issues and industry trends to identify and implement leading industry data practices.

Project: Data Analysis Services Project

CalSTRS – (California State Retirement) has initiated, the Data Analysis Services Project to discover, profile and analyze current pension administration data, in identifying data related issues for quality, integrity, accuracy and to provide alternative strategies/approaches and resolution, in advance of the new system implementation project.

Responsibilities:

·               Lead, design, develop and support enterprise data governance processes  - assess current state of data, identify source of truth, , identify data providers, Data Custodians, Data Consumers

·               Work with business subject matter to resolve issues in data policies, data definitions, data usage, data quality and metrics.

·               Designs, develops, and present finding of complex data queries necessary to fully understand data quality issue/opportunities

·               Discover, document, and analyze data collection and data transformation processes determining the cause of issue/improvement opportunities.

·               Maintain and manage logical/physical model providing insight, feedback, in data governance processes.

Project: Wallet Optimization

Pay Pal’s Global Core Payments group has initiated a ‘Wallet Optimization’ project to offer its huge customer base over 100 million active customer accounts with the right products to the right consumer at the right time. Project focuses optimization among the various products offered to customers like BML – Bill me later, uAch – un-verified ACH, GE Credit, PAD – Pay After Delivery, etc.  Products are analyzed and offered to customers based on customer’s eligibility.

Responsibilities

·               Lead project offering checkout for over 100 million customers and increasing revenue by 1-3%.

·               Liaised with business analyst to understand requirement and define road map for building data mart.

·               Lead development and designed scalable decision framework and system of measurement that is dynamically, delivering optimal offer at check out for customer.

·               Designed and implemented multifactor segmentation strategy based on preferences that drives sustainable long term profitable consumer engagement.

·               Analyzed & segmented customers by dividing a customer base into groups and implemented ETL processes governing data with quality, for eligible customers using various payment products like BML, uACH, GE Credit and PAD.

·               For merchants unsatisfied with PayPal presentment, supported business by data analysis and generating BI reporting (Tableau - Dashboard, Charts) on Merchant conversions showing presentment improving conversions.

Project: Operations Data Warehouse (Ops DW)
HP initiated operations data warehouse project focused on standardizing and automating the Reporting capabilities for clients in support of HP EDS Outsourcing Services’ quality, scalability, and cost structure goals. The DW sources information from various ODS (HR, CMS, CRM), reporting system and integrates the same for business reporting.

Responsibilities:

·               Analyzed customer’s requirements from its CRM system, gaps and challenges, designed and consolidated data model to meet both the business and technical requirements maintaining ERD document.

·               Worked with business partners internal and external by identifying data quality issues and addressed them in matter of urgency and priority.

·               Maintained and sync data models, data mapping documents, aligning it with business requirement.

·               Lead ETL developers in implementation and responded to resolution of issues in support of OV suite of products OVSM, OVSD, OVSC.

Wells Fargo’s acquisition of Wachovia Bank initiated opportunities and challenges to meet ongoing trading partner’s expectations for its products and services. The system – from transmission perspective support the bank’s integration, conversion and migration efforts for its wholesale transmission trading partners.

Responsibilities:

·               Lead and manage integration requirement for migrating data

·               Lead the application development team in providing support & maintenance of data conversion, migration.

·               Maintained integrity of data movement into TCR and SAFE-T system.

Build Data-mart to provide common data source, with standardized definitions and data elements that support enterprise wide consumer operations, performance management and centralized reporting information for managers to efficiently integrate, analyze and report data in a timely manner. DW/BI implementation supports  analysis of data, from the employee to enterprise level, across functional perspectives such as operations, sales, quality and Human Resource and customer care. 

Responsibilities:

·               Lead & managed team of developers (8), and governed architecture of the productivity data mart.

·               Liaised with business subject matter experts in gathering requirements (Productivity related – KPIs)

Varolii Corporation provides the on-demand software and services by enabling delivery of automated communications to patients over the phone, through text messages or email that helps pharmacies reach more patients while avoiding the excessive time and money a traditional communications approach would require. Data warehouse is designed to manage and support clients (pharmacies) patient information eg. Personalized reminders, including refills, tardy notifications, renewals, auto-fills and Rxs ready for pick-up

Responsibilities:

·               Analyzed business requirements – prescription specific data sources consist of Patient, Doctors, Drug, Store related information.

·               Architected and implemented end-to-end solution building data models and DBMS schema.

·               Defined and executed the technical characteristics of the overall strategy for DW and ETL.
