Starting in October 2014, I am driving the implementation of the Spotfire platform for 15M dollar dashboard project.

Responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap of enterprise data integration/management/ governance. On the tactical side, I was driving 3 major initiatives – 1) re-architect of enterprise service bus (ESB); 2) development of common services with J2EE/Talend stack for customer data master (CDM), the service framework for customer data cleansing (QAS), enrichment (DnB), governance (stewardship),  mastering and hierarchy following Agile methodology; 3) re-architect CRM (Salesforce) customer data management schema and redesign SFDC integration with corporate systems.

My primary focus was cloud service for telephony, managed cloud infrastructure, a new SaaS cloud CRM (Salesforce vs SugarCRM) system and Trading Risk Management systems development.

Provided thought leadership on enterprise architecture initiatives, with focus on technical architecture, application architecture and business technology management. Leading research effort on cloud computing technologies that may enhance existing server and environment automation capabilities; driving proof of concept on various vendor products (Platform Computing ISF, VMware vCloud Connector, etc).

Leading feasibility study on Tibco Business Events product for pilot FedEx Location & Geographic Service (FLAGS).

·  Technical lead for corporate JMS messaging backbone Replay as a Service (RaaS) detailed design.

Leading this effort to redesign/enhance Replay application through SaaS concept, working with DBAs to refine Oracle RAC database design, BAR/purge and with application developers on WebLogic application engine performance tuning.

·Team lead of JMS messaging Reference Architecture platform reference design (PRD) – created the first ever Reference Architecture document stack including build plan, usage guides and best practices/design patterns at FedEx.

·Core team member of virtualization and storage Reference Architecture PRD design – contributed to product POCs and PRD design in those two areas.

·Core member of the pilot team responsible for EA governance structure and process design. Consulted on EA processes to domain and solution architects across FedEx.
