role and am responsible for all aspects of the global IT organization

NY/NJ, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Manila. Responsibilities include
infrastructure and application technologies with keen focus on MIS, CRM and
ERP systems. Additionally, as the VP of the Digital Marketing Group,
responsible for product technology and solutions relevant to digital
marketing services for the Pharmaceutical and Financial services Industries.
Ø Propelled establishment of complete digital marketing business unit in a pre-IPO environment to a fully accountable P&L and
operational business infrastructure in 180 days. Concentrating on strategic
human capital management and emerging technologies to service a Fortune 500
client base that range from Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Consumer
goods generating million dollar plus revenues in first year.
Ø Business champion of ERP Re-Implementation, current ERP implementation lacked KPI’s and
actionable analytics, designed Enterprise Information Architecture based on
Sr. leadership guidance for value added information. Re-implementation had
direct impact to revenues of 200K annually in freight recovery as well as
significant value in investment decision making and job costing.
Ø Resurrected a demoralized and dysfunctional IT organization by creating the Global Technology Enterprise. Rooted in a fundamental
ITIL methodology of People, Process and Technology and in alignment with
business goals of Run the Business (RTB), Grow the business (GTB) and
Transform the Business (TTB) developed a global IT service delivery
organization. The net result yielded a Global IT organization that
