Hand-selected by the CEO to craft and execute a comprehensive product and services strategy for the
regulatory and value based healthcare market.
· Worked with the Presidents Council to develop and implement a new product portfolio strategy of 3
product lines including professional services. Accountable for 15MM P&L across SBU’s.
· Responsible for the product vision, roadmap and commercialization working closely across all
product lines and SBU’s to align release plans.
· Directed the development and launch of HIE, BI and Analytics portfolio, contributing to over $50MM
in product and services sales. Supported the sales teams on sales calls, RFP’s and contracting.
· Engagement Lead on a large scale implementation project at Trinity Health implementing EHR, HIE
and HQM products in support of Meaningful Use, ACO and NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home
certification across 10 states. Managed a cross functional team of 32 including; project managers,
consultants, physicians, analysts, developers, trainers and client project resources.
· Drove the turn-around of 50% implementation failure rate to 100% success rate, of HIE portfolio
while reducing backlog of implementations using the same staff. Program included over 50 projects,
with several nearing litigation.

Enterprise consultant on large scale initiatives for enterprise clients such as AT&T, Orange, British
Telecom, GE, Bank of America, CNN, Kaiser, NextGen and others. Representative projects include:
· Medical Billing Service - Provided Revenue Cycle Management, EDI services, managed care contract
analysis and negotiation services to small and mid-size medical practices.
· NextGen Healthcare – Performed as EDI Consultant on the ground floor start-up of EDI department
in support of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Worked closely with
development teams, clearinghouses and clients to incorporate regulatory requirements for electronic
claims processing.
· Orange/Equant – As Director of North America, developed the strategies needed to maximize
technology investments and achieve long-term business transformation from landline to VOIP, IP
and internet hosting services. Resulted in the implementation of data centers, follow the sun support
and hosting services in North America, Europe and Australia supporting large enterprise clients such
as Raytheon and GE. Managed a team of 10 direct reports and a cross-matrixed globally distributed
staff.
