Over the years, I have acquired significant experience in implementing various information systems for multiple clients and employers, and gained the knowledge which can be used in my future enduring projects. l         Business Process Management: Process performance optimization to remove bottlenecks and reduce cost for overall business value.

l         Infrastructure Capacity Planning: Led comprehensive infrastructure upgrades using VMWare and Cloud technologies and enhance the hosting infrastructure for scalability (e.g., VMWare, Clustered Application Servers, Database Servers with Disaster Recovery and failovers, and network-related (firewall/VPN upgrades, intrusion detection and remote management)) for various midsize and large companies.

¡           Integrated with Active Directory for full LDAP functionality

¡           Disaster Recovery using Double-Take software for eliminate planned and unplanned downtime

¡           Setup disaster recovery for database and application servers

¡           Consolidate physical servers and licenses to core/server based by eliminating redundant licenses with software and hardware by 60%.

¡           Migrate to Zimbra Server for email and integrated with BES server which resulted in saving on the Email license by 40%.

¡           Set the Release management with Subversion for all development projects

¡           Established the change management system for tracking all changed made to the systems, applications and infrastructure based on ITIL guidelines.

l         Application Implementations: Implemented SAP and ERP systems for startups

¡           SAP BusinessOne by Design: Managed the implementation for the startup company and set the process documentation for FICO, Project Management and Supply Chain with SAP team. Acted as a technical and functional liaison functional. Saved about 70% of the cost on the infrastructure and implementation costs by taking to Cloud solution.

¡           RHIO-Rochester: Development of Patient Health information (PHI) between Human Care Services and Other agencies with RHIO using WebServices for Master Data Management of PHI info.

¡           ETL data migration procedure for migrating old agency applications to Web model deployment with their data mapped to new application data model.

¡           BI reporting data requirements needed various data marts and data warehouses to provide BI dashboards

¡           Case Management and Universal Assessment: Built and implemented case management for cognitive, geriatric, chronic and related health assessment metadata collection system between agencies and maintain a master data repository for State and RHIO business needs.

¡           Document Management System: Implemented the system to track all documents based on the specific data elements and store the system for easy access and compliance using Alfresco Record Management.

l         Product Development: Designed and built Human Care services System handling 3000 current users with load balancing 6 clustered application servers

¡           Human Care Services Product, Rochester: Geared the company towards horizontal growth after achieving vertical market leader with 3000 unique users in this business sector. The framework built was based on Master Data Management using a wizard based data collection and with large sets of Data Cubes for reporting. Vice President Product and Infrastructure for design and implementation of software, hardware and databases. Implemented virtualization and reduced the cost by 40%.

¡           Reusable Tools: Adapters and reusable tools for repeatable use from project to project for data management or cleansing and transformation. Using these tools there was significant development time improvement among the project teams and implementation teams.

¡           Change Management: Control the application changes, database changes, server changes and infrastructure changes based on ITIL standards

¡           Release Management: Application feature changes and source control and was responsible to create and/or implement processes to efficiently manage the release of code

¡           Development: Designed and built applications/portals for data collections, workflow, reporting, analytical reporting using JAVA, Web Services with the focus on product customization and scalability.
