·         Managed an $8+ million program from contract through phased deployments including design of specifications, approval and customization of standard product. 

·         Designed various ETL processes using WebSphere, SSIS and custom designed ICDs to incorporate and extract data to/from various Clever Devices’ products and customer sources into and out of the operational and warehouse database environments ensuring data quality and integrity without sacrificing performance for either environment.  Interfaces implemented were various COTS systems including SAP, Maximo and custom systems to provide analytics, scheduling, charge-backs and scheduling.

·         Introduced enhancements to process and standards compliance to improve CMMI Maturity level including utilization of various code analyzers and dashboard reports. Documented processes using UML diagramming.

·         Participated in the introduction of a PMO for a large customer and implemented PMBOK processes to ensure risk mitigation and on time project delivery.

·         Integrated QA test procedures and built-in unit testing to reduce defect rates and substantially speed time to market.  Worked with QA team to create automated test scripts.
