•    Lead the team of Architects to Implemented a SOA Repository & Registry for build time and run time governance at the enterprise level.

•    Define strategy to rollout the use of SOA platform by SOA Software across the enterprise.

Lead Architect for GSAAdvantage.gov, GSA FAS Task Order 2

•    As GSA Advantage Lead Architect, lead a team of experienced solution architects in defining and realizing vision based on roadmap.

•    Architected the migration strategy of Enterprise Search Verity to IDOL in a phased iterative approach.

•    As part of the modernization initiative educated and presented to the client across the enterprise the benefits of GSAAdvantage leveraging SOA Platform, an Enterprise Portal Liferay, a Content Management System like Documentum or Alfresco and Data Integration Tool like Talend or Business Objects.

•    Developed prototypes on the above platform based on Liferay, Documentum, JAVA J2EE, Spring, Struts etc. and demonstrated the practicality of the above approach.

 

Chief Architect for business.gov, SBA

•    Lead a full software life cycle development and implementation.

•    Defined the IT strategy to help SBA to reduce cost.

•    Architected and designed the migration of Business.gov from Weblogic Portal to Open Source JBoss Portal on Jboss Application Server and an Open Source Enterprise Content Management System Alfresco using J2EE.

•    Managed a team of developers and timelines to implement the migration.
