customers in our system by proposing efficient Solution designs and developing batch classes in Kofax Capture.

Project: Customizable Imaging Solutions – A complete Imaging Solution used by Loan Servicing Agents to view,

attribute and modify the Loan documents on web. It houses the Images of more than 5 Million Residential subprime

Loans (Approx. 50TB Image data in SAN) and is considered as one of the critical applications with System

uptime defined as 99.6%.

Responsibilities

  § Providing L2/L3 Support for the application, develop self-diagnostic tools using Core Java to monitor the

product health and alert the corresponding teams in event of an issue.

  § Responsible for re-structuring the Application architecture by ensuring various parameters like High

Availability, No single point of failure, effective Load Balancing, enforce usage of latest versions in each

components. As a result, the Average System Uptime was brought up from 92% to 99.7%.
