outputs of the various business areas, the controls and mechanisms of the
identified processes, and the responsible organizations for the process
steps. Also identified disaster and recovery scenarios, and gathered lists of
possible improvements for each process. The process diagrams were done using

project which involved $1.1 Million worth of acquisitions, and multi-vendor
