experience which use associative and relational file systems for predictive
analytics/analysis based on content, row, column key and time stamping;
·
Perform extensive data
preprocessing – data cleaning, de-duplication, filtering, network extraction.
(ETL systems and tools)
·
Run different types of analysis
with advanced algorithms.
·
Write custom visualizations and
visualization tools to allow users to interactively explore, understand, and
communicate results. Many visualizations use an easy to read reference
system, automatic legend design, and ‘fine print’ that documents who created
the visualization when using what data set. Automatically record workflows
via audit trail documentation.
·
Network and Data warehousing,
design and implementation –
·
As of April 2012, more than 150
different preprocessing, analysis, modeling, and visualization algorithms
are available to be used in developing the Web Ontologies. These views
were a process in development of data modeling and visualization in
relationship to social taxonomies. Can process natively over 1,200 file
systems.
The AxCendant
toolkits are technically specialized into the following areas:
·
AxCendant
Network is a Large-Scale Network
Analysis, Modeling and Visualization Toolkit for Biomedical, Social Science,
Physics Research, Symantec Web Ontologies and which will support network
science research across scientific boundaries. Users of the AxCendant systems
will have online access to major network datasets or can upload their own
networks. They will be able to perform network analysis with
the most effective algorithms available. In addition, they will be able to
generate, run, and validate network models to advance their understanding of
the structure and dynamics of particular networks. AxCendant will
provide advanced visualization tools to interactively explore and understand
specific networks, as well as their interaction with other types of networks
through our internal use and analysis cases. The AxCendant Network system
will provide members of the research community at large (biologists,
physicists, computer scientists, social and behavioral scientists, engineers,
etc.) with the means to carry out network analysis, modeling, and
visualization projects in their own fields.

Text and Trending toolkit is
the in-depth analysis of dynamic information on the web for science or
business. In contrast to the usual extracting or indexing services, this
toolkit aims at retrieving an essentially new type of information from the
data volumes accessible on the web. An example is trend analysis, the aim of
which is to determine or predict the characteristics of public opinion and
its changes with time on the basis of massive amounts of documents (blogs,
articles, etc.).Other examples are the exploration of latent social structures
by automatic text processing, network algorithms and visualization, such as
the extraction of a power-and-impact network of a field. As of March 1. 2011,
the AxCendant Text and Trending toolkit exists in version
v0.2 and integrates UIMA (for preprocessing and NLP), WEKA(classification), R (statistical
analysis), Cytoscape (network visualization), Cfinder (click
analysis) and several other components. For additional information, please

AxCendant
Social Visualizer (AxSV) is a flexible and user-friendly
tool for the analysis and visualization of Social Networks and relations. It
lets you construct networks (mathematical graphs) with a few clicks on a
virtual canvas or load networks of various formats (GraphViz, GraphML,
Adjacency, Pajek, UCINET, etc) and modify them to suit your needs. AxCendant
Social Visualizer also offers a built-in web crawler, allowing you to
automatically create networks from all links found in a given initial URL. AxCendant
Social Visualizer can compute basic network properties, such as
density, diameter and distances (shortest path lengths), as well as more
advanced structural statistics, such as node and network centralities (i.e.
closeness, betweeness, graph), clustering coefficient, etc. Various layout
algorithms (i.e. Spring-embedder, radial and layered according to node
centralization) are supported for meaningful visualizations of your networks.
Furthermore, random networks (Erdos-Renyi, Watts-Strogatz, ring lattice, etc)
can be created with just a few clicks.
·
AxCendant
Social Visualizer is a work in progress and is
being developed in C++, Java and Qt for the desktop, an open-source GUI
development toolkit from Nokia and implemented with PHP for the web. Our
primary target platform is Linux, but it can be compiled and run AxCendant
Social Visualizer on MAC and Windows as well, as long as you have Qt4
libraries installed.
·
AxCendant
Web is a new tool allowing you
to host the visualization on your server and let others view it through a web
browser with an unlimited number of viewers,It is bound to a single specified
website. The AxCendant Web system will create a project file for
the results to be displayed on the web. Different data sets can be displayed
on the web as long as they have the same format as the project file.
