§    Devised full life cycle enterprise architecture for PeopleSoft EPM implementation, inclusive of ~50TB Pay Data Warehouse.

§    Designed and executed Pay Warehouse data model (conceptual, logical, physical models; +60,000 data objects). Established data governance policies, processes, and guidelines and detailed metadata repository compliant with DOD architectural guidelines.

§    Built a high-performance 24-person technical/functional team from the ground up, conducting new hire interview and selection.

§    Developed methods incorporating ESRI maps into Brio environment and passing data warehouse information to ESRI map support system.

§    Managed and implemented multi-state, regional, and sub-regional geo-agri database, designed to administer US-wide geo-coded mapping with business, tax, and agriculture parameters. The database provided 80% of all farm and agricultural activity on geo-coded mapping for 18 states.
