   Red Rock Business Advisors – Landsowne, VA [January 2014-January 2015]

·Returned again to continue ResumeTracker development until the summer.

·Managed Red Rock's internship program for the summer. Worked with senior employees to create user stories and feature ideas, engaged interns in daily tasking through Agile/Scrum, provided support on implementation of features. Introduced interns to mobile development (Android), big data analytics (Hadoop), NoSQL database design (Cassandra), and cloud computing (Amazon Web Services).

·After the summer, started work on NextGen IDAM- an unclassified contract focusing on the next generation of identity access and management solutions. Software involved included WSO2 products such as API Manager and Identity Server, and Oracle products such as Entitlements Server, API Gateway, and Database.

 

Computer Science Intern

   Red Rock Business Advisors – Landsowne, VA [May 2013 – August 2013]

·Returned to work on a new version of ResumeTracker with a different team. Our work last summer was almost entirely uprooted by a senior developer, forcing us to re-do many features.

·Learned about debugging, reading, and adjusting to a previously-established code base.

 

Computer Science Intern

   Red Rock Business Advisors – Landsowne, VA [May 2012 – August 2012]

·Worked on a team to develop ResumeTracker, an internal application used to digitize Red Rock's hiring process.

·Learned about Agile/Scrum, Ruby on Rails, using virtual machines (VirtualBox), Linux-based development, indexing and searching (Lucene and Solr).

   Best Buy – Leesburg, VA [September 2006 – June 2008]

·  Responsible for sales of computers and computer accessories, as well as maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and proper stocking of department.
