Planned, Designed, Developed, Supported and Managed a multitude of Highly Secure projects using Agile SDLC and daily Scrum that supported the Pinkerton Employment Screening (PES) Division including:

·   Navicus Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Developed Enterprise Level Web Based SAAS that companies used to manage the hiring process.  Customizable Hiring Steps, Application work-flows with custom HTML Forms, Requisition Forms and Job Codes/Descriptions.  Complete On-Boarding and Off-Boarding modules with configurable work-flows for filling out custom HTML Forms and uploaded PDF forms.  Multiple interfaces to third party tools including Resume Parsers, Background Checks, Drug Testing, Assessments and Skills Tests. This system has over 1 million records of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) related to applicants including Names, Addresses, Social Security Numbers and Birth Dates.   Developed with Visual Studio ASP .NET C#, Win Forms, Java script, jquery, XML, Web Services (Soap, WCF) with Microsoft SQL Server database. 

·   ATS Interfaces – Developed interfaces to Third Party Applicant Tracking System (ATS) vendors using ASP .Net, C#, XML and Web Services and Microsoft SQL Server.  This system acts as Middleware between the vendor’s system and Pinkerton’s background check information repository.  It collects Background Check Requests from these vendors and would create background check profiles and services in Pinkerton’s system.  The software would also check for new statuses of the profiles and return that status to the appropriate ATS system until complete.  This system has over 1 million records of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of applicants including Names, Addresses, Social Security Numbers and Birth Dates.  ATS vendors include Taleo, Workday, HR Smart, Kronos, Ulti-Pro, Position Manager, Vikus and Navicus.

·   Information Supplier Interfaces – Developed and managed over 20 interfaces to third party Information Suppliers related to the Background Check Industry.  This included National Criminal Searches, County Criminal Searches, Motor Vehicle Searches, Credit Searches, Professional License searches, Health Care Sanctions searches, etc…   This information would automatically update Profile Orders in Pinkerton’s internal Background Research Repository. Developed with Visual Studio ASP .NET C#, XML, Web Services (Soap, WCF) with Microsoft SQL Server database. 

·   InquiriesChanneling.com – Web Based SAAS application for Collecting Fingerprints and Personal Information from Candidates, submitting to the FBI CJIS Database and returning Rap Sheets.  Developed Java Applet Using Aware Inc.’s Java Based BIO Components and SDK’s that collected fingerprints from Fingerprint Machines.

·   SwftPrints.com – Web Based SAAS application for collecting Fingerprint and Personal information from Government Contractors for submission to the FBI SWFT program.  Developed with ASP .Net, C#, XML, SOAP Web Services, MS SQL Server.

·   Pinkerton Background Research System (PBRS) – Pinkerton’s internal Background Research Repository ASP .Net C#.

Senior Software Engineer | Victory Wholesale Grocers | Springboro ohio | 1996 - 2006

·   Developed and maintained Network Trading System (NTS) Buying Software that allowed grocery wholesale customers to more easily buy from Victory Wholesale by reviewing their current inventories and prices and generating suggested orders.  This software generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.  Written in Borland Delphi, Microsoft SQL Server with 3 tier architecture.
