Related Project Experience:
Precision X-Ray Inc. – Advanced X-Ray System (consulting via Conquest
Consulting LLC) – Developed an X-Ray Module, a handshaking device for
precision X-Ray Inc. in conjunction with Eastman Kodak Corporation.
Development included code written in Dynamic C compiled on a Z-World BL2600
Single Board Computer. – Created System Requirement Specification in
accordance with the Communications Specification supplied by Eastman Kodak. –
Developed PC based application using Visual Basic 6.0 to interface with above
described firmware during the programming of unit serial numbers during
production. Baltimore Laboratories – Solaris Programming (consulting via
Conquest Consulting LLC) – Assisted in the development and responsible for
the firmware maintenance of the Solaris, a bio-cellular analyzer device that
determines the overall state of a patient’s wellness or illness. – Assisted
in the development by updating legacy code, written in Dynamic C on a Z-World
BL1700 to create functionality as requested by development engineering.
Engineered Solutions – Secure Cigarette Vending Machine (consulting via
Conquest Consulting LLC) – Responsible for the continued development of a
once dead project and to see the project through completion. Development includes
the use of Dynamic C and Z-World PK2600 consisting of BL1700 Single Board
Computer and OP7100 display. Additional Projects under my responsibility: –
Created Active-CV2100 ActiveX Control to allow Visual Basic Programmers the
ability to easily communicate with the Keyence CV-2100 digital machine image
system via the Ethernet. Created a white paper describing how to update from
Visual Basic 6.0 to .NET utilizing the described ActiveX Control. – Developed
an Archery Event Scoring System Database Application for the Harwinton Rod
and Gun Club. Developed with Visual Basic .NET interfacing with a Microsoft

Systems, I was responsible for the creation and management of automated test
equipment and related procedures for safing and arming devices.Maintained a

Martin - Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS)The Army TACMS Fuze, Guided
Missile (FMU-161/B Fuze System) is a Safe and Arm Fuze produced for Lockheed
Martin Missiles and Fire Control to be used by the U.S. Army. I assisted in
the design team in coordinating the development and implementation of the
entire test equipment and related processes and procedures for the Safe/Arm
system.U.S. Navy – Tomahawk/SLAM-ERThe AGM-84K Standoff Land Attack
Missile-Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) is an electro-mechanical fuze system
designed for use by for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division
(NAWCWD), a department of the U.S. Navy. I supported the entire production
line of the fuzing devices that are being used in the Tomahawk and SLAM-ER
Missiles. This involved the maintenance of critical software for in-process
testing and final acceptance testing of the final product to be installed in
the production missiles for the U.S. Military.U.S. Navy - FMU-139B/B
Electronic Bomb FuzeThe FMU-139B/B Electronic Bomb Fuze is an
electro-mechanical fuze system designed for use by for the Naval Air Warfare
Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), a department of the U.S. Navy, for use with
Naval and air Force ground and carrier based aircraft. I assisted in the
development of test procedures to warrant the qualification of the fuzing
devices. These devices have passed the qualification tests and will be
shortly under production for use in MK 80 series and M117 low-drag and
high-drag, guided or unguided, high-explosive bombs.U.S. Navy - Joint
Programmable Fuze (FMU-152A/B)The Joint Programmable Fuze (JPF) system is an
advanced electro-mechanical fuze program, in development at Kaman Dayron, in
Orlando, Florida for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD),
a department of the U.S. Navy. I helped manage the setup and creation of the
test equipment and procedures for the new production at the Dayron facility
in Orlando, FL. This allowed for the fuzes to pass their First Article
Acceptance Test (FAAT).U.S. Navy - Hydrostatic Safety Arming DeviceThe
Hydrostatic Arming Device program, developed for the U.S. Navy, involved
using National Instruments’ LabVIEW software to develop and control large
computer-based Automated Test Equipment (ATE). I coordinated the development of
circuit schematics that were utilized in the ATE, control strategies that
were used in the LabVIEW software, and the Operations and Maintenance Manual
that is currently utilized by the operators of this equipment. |
