worked on the Michigan State Police Criminal History Records Improvement Project.
I functioned as a software designer/developer on the Computerized Criminal
History system team. This system is based on SAIC's software product, ALIAS,
the server-based Automated Law Enforcement Information Access System. I
provided Visual C++ and C# programming and analysis support in a .NET NT
environment against an ORACLE database. This position required a thorough
understanding of Object-Oriented design and coding. When necessary, I also
functioned as mentor/trainer to other programmers - teaching them C# and C++.
We accessed the ORACLE database via SQL and Quest's TOAD Software. I
