• Cyber Security (CS) Lead technician/manager at the Pacific Missile Range

Facility (PMRF) Kauai Hawaii

• Document, build, configure and secure state of the art network to be accredited by the US Navy.

• Assists government in writing CS policy and guidance for assisting system owners with accreditation of their Navy information system.  Policies include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM), acceptable usage documentation, Contingency/Disaster Recovery Plans, Data transfer between Enclaves policies (ACDA), System interconnect documentation, and numerous other CS related documents that have been implemented at current command.

• Assists PMRF CIO and ISSM with day to day DON/DoD CS technical and policy related problems and questions.

• Assist PMRF ISSM to validate systems pursuing certification and accreditation and to make a risk determination to ISSM based on findings and other assessments.

• Creation of C&A documentation for both DIACAP and PIT system, develop supporting documentation and execute test plans.
