·   Complete ownership of all the deliverables for all the projects, team coordination, building / hiring teams, providing guidelines to scrum master in sprint planning, defining the scope and driving the sprints with help of scrum masters for each project.

ALJ (Abdul Latif Jamel) is the most named Automobile distributor for Toyota motors in UAE (United Arab Emirates) have different LOB application like sales, accounts.  As technical lead I was responsible for
