·         Evaluate and recommend alternative energy strategies based on site conditions and ROI of the project Services include guiding the design and construction team to understand the LEED framework and establishing the project management structure and methodology to track the execution of project.

·         Secured $380K in ARRA grant funding for a renewable energy project for the municipality’s department of public works.  The project funded was a 50kW solar photovoltaic system at the Dept. of Public Works, producing about 33% of the facility’s electrical needs.

·         Developed a proposal to initiate an energy audit program for a municipality.  The project includes energy audits for municipal properties accounting for $240K in energy costs and 800 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year.  By implementing energy efficiency measures, the village will save over $50K each year.

·         Provided key comparative analysis for the trial launch of the HBO on Broadband product. Worked with the Time Warner Cable and internal HBO staff to define technical support and issue tracking procedures, as well as reporting / trending requirements.

·         Successfully developed and integrated i-Tunes operational Quality Control procedures and reporting requirements for HBO content.

·         Develop and manage a portfolio of analytical reports which support the strategic planning and forecasting of HBO distribution.  This includes defining requirements and prototyping, reviewing report requirements with the Executive staff, coordinating development with the Business Intelligence group and overseeing QA testing.
