The program analyzes energy efficiency, determines the benchmark and ongoing performance measures for the building, defines performance and other organizational goals, develops a portfolio of potential projects, and prioritizes the projects based on cost/benefit and organizational goals.

·         Formulated an Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Management strategy for the Holland Tunnel to create a proof of concept and costing for their charging infrastructure. This included a means of collecting and utilizing data to demonstrate feasibility and build a business case that is quantifiable and scalable. 

·         Implemented a SharePoint 2010 solution to provide collaboration tools for all organization groups to coordinate project deliverables and schedules, centralize project documents, specifications, policies and other project content. Established workflows between groups to drive participation and ensure content management policies.

·         Evaluate and recommend alternative energy strategies based on site conditions and ROI of the project Services include guiding the design and construction team to understand the LEED framework and establishing the project management structure and methodology to track the execution of project.

·         Secured $380K in ARRA grant funding for a renewable energy project for the municipality’s department of public works.  The project funded was a 50kW solar photovoltaic system at the Dept. of Public Works, producing about 33% of the facility’s electrical needs.

·         Developed a proposal to initiate an energy audit program for a municipality.  The project includes energy audits for municipal properties accounting for $240K in energy costs and 800 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year.  By implementing energy efficiency measures, the village will save over $50K each year.

Work closely with client groups acting as the technical liaison between technical and non-technical team members to define the overall strategy of enhance the functionality of proposed and existing systems. Identified and incorporated new technologies to enhance productivity between departments.

Selected accomplishment:

·         Work with operational groups to prepare for the launch of the HBO Broadband product for Comcast.  It involved defining interdepartmental workflows to deliver and manage assets to the Fancast MPS, manage technical issues and troubleshooting, assignment of issues between groups internal and Comcast, as well as, escalation procedures.

·         Provided key comparative analysis for the trial launch of the HBO on Broadband product. Worked with the Time Warner Cable and internal HBO staff to define technical support and issue tracking procedures, as well as reporting / trending requirements.

·         Successfully developed and integrated i-Tunes operational Quality Control procedures and reporting requirements for HBO content.

·         Develop and manage a portfolio of analytical reports which support the strategic planning and forecasting of HBO distribution.  This includes defining requirements and prototyping, reviewing report requirements with the Executive staff, coordinating development with the Business Intelligence group and overseeing QA testing.

·         Collaborate with IT to develop a workflow for utilizing web-based incident management system.  This initiative has significantly improved productivity between groups and improved response time.

·         Increased operational efficiencies through the implementation of the SIMS scheduling system. It is used by the Programming department to schedule HD content and manage contractual terms.

·         Implemented a company-wide incident management system to track general helpdesk issues, create a streamlined workflow for managing change / enhancement requests and track software development defects.

·         Established effective working relationships with business managers and external business partners to ensure alignment with the business direction and the goals of management.
