Ø       Served as SAP Architect for the following projects:

 

o Full cycle implementation of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) module, which resulted in savings of 100 man-hours for internal and external auditors every month and as well as savings of 10 hours per quarter for each of 30 managers 

o Complex data center migration/disaster recovery project, which boosted brand loyalty of 20 Multiple System Operator (MSO) business partners by validating the security of data

o Full cycle implementation of credit card tokenization project, which saved 100 man-hours every quarter

o Full cycle implementation of RMA automation process (reverse logistics).

 

Ø       As Architect Lead Developer, headed the design and development of SAP Business Improvement (BI) extracts from SAP to Oracle OBIEE reporting tools encompassing subscriptions, revenue, sales orders, deliveries, billings, General Ledger, Return Material Authorization (RMA), Broadcast Service Monitoring (BSM), and warranty.

 

Ø       Architected the technical and functional solutions, developed, and participated in the implementation of 20 MSO partner projects.

 

Ø       Projects include the establishment of a new SAP Data Center in Las Vegas; SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade process, in collaboration with external consultants; SAP GRC, HR project accounting modules implementation; SAP HANA and ServiceNow Eureka & Calgary upgrades.

SENIOR SAP Architect

Led two ServiceNow / SAP onsite and six offshore personnel in the design, development, and implementation of multiple projects. Coordinated with business and vendor teams to support integration of components.

 

Ø       As an Architect and techno-functional expert, provided support for business processes that included procure to pay, sales order to cash, revenue recognition, credit card management, subscription-related recurring billings, and PCI.

Ø       Played key role in the following projects: full cycle implementation of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order (PR/PO) modules, resulting in 40-fold increase in efficiency; development of employee/contractor onboarding and exit portal forms using SAP U15; support of quarter and year-end closing (including FI reports recycling, GL posting, cash clearings, and write-offs).

 

Ø       Converted legacy transactions into SAP service and sales orders with adequate deployment of function modules and user exits by developing custom interfaces.

 

Ø       Supported accounting team through the development of reports that included AR disbursement, monthly summaries with billings, revenue recognized, deferred revenues for HW, service, HUP SKUs and audit reconciliation reports.
