AL with its current customer base would like to categorize its customers in order to devise a strategy to evaluate customers on common parameters and arrive at a relative scoring model common across Europe. The scoring model would help AL prioritized its customers based on the current sales AL is doing with its customers and in relation to the market potential of the customer based on competition sales.

This project deals with the Ultra High Net Worth Clients of Citigroup. OneSource provides an integrated technology solution to significantly enhance client on-boarding processes including Know Your Client, Investment Objective Setting, and Account Opening.  OneSource integrates applications and databases into one unified desktop application, which will provide a single entry point to on-boarding functionality, eliminate redundant data capture, automate paper-based processes, and provide electronic workflow to streamline processes.  In addition, OneSource enhances risk identification and mitigation through implementation of a new risk-based KYC approach (Client Risk Framework – “CRF”).  Finally, the use of Straight through processing to open accounts will further expedite the client on-boarding process by eliminating the need to re-enter data into in-scope product processors. OneSource is implemented in US, Asia Pacific & Europe regions.
