Document Mall for Sales force

Document Mall is a Content Management Cloud Application, which is used to maintain electronic documents.  Document for Sales force is a plug-in to Salesforce.com. This plug in is used to upload content from Salesforce.com to Document Mall, giving the ability to access the documents in Sales force. At the same time we can upload document into Document mall using RICOH MFP (Multi-Functional Printers). MFP uploaded document is accessed in Sales force using Sales force UI.

 

In this application, we used Force.com platform as a client of Document Mall. Responsible person for Sales force side implementation.  In this application, we developed a solution that we can attach content to any Sales force object records. i.e. Custom or standard objects. We used Document Mall API to interact with Salesforce.com API.

 

Using Document mall for Sales force application; sales people directly upload their documents into Document mall and access whenever there is a need
