Oracle On
Demand Project called as Apollo -
I was involved in “Apollo” Phase I Project as a core team member. This
mission of this project was to deliver Oracle on demand Out-of-the-Box Sales
demand generation and lead management capabilities along the Out-of-the-Box
Eloqua Integration. My Primary responsibility of this project was o
to manage the lead management area
by analyzing the AS IS LMS Blue-Roads process and transform them into SFA
processes. In addition to this I am also responsible for doing the mapping
between EMM and SFA lead/contact attributes and making sure different process
and concerns between Eloqua integration layers are completely covered. o
As a part of this project, I was
involved in finalizing the Role Management, User Visibility model, User
/Partner Users Management and setup for Phase I planning and helping out the
team with closing out the Open Issues and Tasks by executing proof of
concepts and ongoing research. o
Played the role of a solution
architect for the Oracle on Demand Visibility Project. Design included
implementing the solution using Sales Hierarchy Books, Teams, Owner and Team
Visibility. § GATOR II
–The “Gator II” project was an 8-week program for analysis and planning for
this new business transformation program at NetApp. This project was
essentially to come up the SFA Vendor recommendation based on the
demonstration from Oracle on Demand and Sales force dot com SaaS Application
demos. My objective with GATOR II was to understand the 2 different
applications and provide my best feedback. § Siebel V8 Project:-NetApp
undertook a large scale initiative to re-implement Siebel 8.x (from an
earlier 7.5.3 version) to improve application response time, improve the
maintenance associated with the environment and make it easier for NetApp to
scale. I played an important role in the Siebel 8 Re-implementation Project.
As an IT side Solution Systems Architect, I was responsible for managing the
different tracks of V8 under the various phases of this project. Later the
the project was scrapped and re-designed. § SMART Project:-Was
involved in SMART Project BR I and II as a BSA from the Siebel side on
this cross functional project. Was responsible to analyze the impact of SMART
BR I Project changes on Siebel 7.5 and then on V8. Communicated the changes
to the V8 team and making sure that the SMART Impact gets addressed in V8 as
well. Also was a point of contact to EDW from Siebel side. § Siebel 7.5 Releases:-
