Ø       Managing the 2013 & 2016 Versions of the Office 365 ProPlus with One Toyota Email, OneDrive, Skype-4-Busines, SharePoint, and NetSkope for the User Test Trials, Pilot Testing, Production Migration Deployment project phases.

Ø       Ran Oracle Remediation Project responsible for meeting all planned demand for Oracle products in the ULA ahead of the May 29 expiration date and submitted to RE Procurement as part of the certification baseline.

Ø       Completed the Network Security’s Next Generation Global Network 2 project, leading a team that Implemented infrastructure/application changes to optimized Security, VoIP, Internet Enterprise, Video, and Network Management.

Ø       Launched the Network Security’s RSA Token Replacement cloud application and infrastructure that implemented a new 2-Factor Authentication process using the PhoneFactor solution for Global users of OWA, VDI, and Citirx.

Ø       Coordinated successful deployment of Network Security’s Web Hygiene Cisco ScanSafe cloud product that provides the controls for web browsing environments to keep malware and Web 2.0 technologies from corporate devices.

Ø       Managed the implementation of the Meditech EHR software/infrastructure upgrade, developing the validation plan, scheduling application migrations and associated user acceptance testing and approval.

Ø       Led the upgrade from ICD-9 to ICD-10 application and the integration/user acceptance testing required by impacted hospital organization to meet the new Medicaid/Medicare Meaningful Use and LSS reporting requirements.
