and solution delivery. I worked with multiple state (NH, AK, and ND) MMIS project. I worked with onshore and

offshore team to develop customer solution. I was responsible for customer and vendor relationship management and

product delivery. Later ACS Inc, was bought by Xerox and then the Xerox MMIS development team was merged

into Cognizant IT Services.

• Application development manager for the Enterprise claim processing system.

• This was as $2.4 million dollar project (System Integration Project). Project responsibilities included

managing the overall project technical deliverables and project scope for assigned functional area.

• Developed and managed detailed project technical requirements. Reviewed milestones with team, developed

schedules, and managed project team.

for UPS for 10 years. I stated as program and ended my career as IT Manager, Customer Integration Services.

• Managed customer integration operations team to deliver regulatory compliant solutions to UPS supply

chain, warehouse, and transportation management customers.

• Implemented fully compliant Order Management and Order Fulfillment systems integration solutions.

• Managed local and an off-shore software development teams.

• An IT Liaison for business to re-energize partnership among key units to improve customer satisfaction.
