- Global Cloud Adoption program leader
Responsible for leading the Global Cloud
Adoption program at Vale, driving accountability across areas and report
progress to senior managers of the board. Acting as a change agent to
ensure that barriers to entry are removed for innovation adoption while proactively
identifying and mitigating key risks to the portfolio.
Accountable for the program's governance
(controls) and management (Scope, time, cost, QA, risk, communication,
integration) leading over 25 direct members in the team. Acting as subject matter
expert and ultimate owner for enterprise Cloud Adoption strategy focusing
on Managed Services Cloud models, PaaS, IaaS and SaaS, Cloud Architecture,
Cloud Application Readiness and Governance.
Main achievements and challenges:

o Vendor onboarding framework: Validation of vendor`s
offerings, Cloud maturity and adherence to the company`s expectations

o Cloud foundation blueprint
o Workload migration machinery framework
