I am Service Operation Engineer in Enterprise Client Management group at Microsoft and handling System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune operations. I lead Platform Operations team who support System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure and application which provides services to Microsoft IT and few Microsoft Online customers. I am primarily responsible for keeping the Configuration Manager Services with high available along with designing, building and managing the Configuration Manager infrastructure/Services (to support one of the world largest Configuration Manager hierarchy with ~350K Configuration Manager clients and modern devices) with ~400 Configuration Manager Servers and ~50 Hyper-V servers worldwide. In addition to Configuration Manager Responsibilities, involved in Windows Intune operations to improve the service quality. 

I have been involved in all critical deployments on enterprise management technologies from last 10 years with last 3+ years at Microsoft. Throughout my tenure in Microsoft, I played key important roles in managing Configuration Manager Service like leading Incident & Problem management, Change management and infrastructure management. Also gained extensive experience in managing 24x7 support team who located in multiple geographical locations.
