                        Transworld information systems/Sanwa Bank California                                                     Aug 1998 – July 1999

              Sanwa Bank is a renowned bank of US and is supporting multiple in-house applications as well as other client apps of which were running with Oracle as backend database. There were well over 20 oracle instances supporting these apps and a team of Oracle DBA’s for the admin of the same and to make the various front ends connect to Oracle databases.

 

                                              Path consultants/Escorts Limited India    Dec 1997 – July 1998

This project involved designing the physical and logical database, Installation and configuration of Oracle Databases, analyzing and tuning the system to boost performance and speed of long running transactions, tuning the Oracle instance and reducing appropriate parameters, writing SQL scripts and PL/SQL stored procedures, deploying the application, implementing an effective security policy by defining appropriate roles of the six databases. On One database ERP package AVLON is running. All Databases are running on Sun – Solaris of Sun - Enterprise 3000 and HP – UX of HP-9000.

 

 

 

                              Nippon Data Systems/Mbit Computer Systems and Consultants    July 1995 – Nov 1997

              Responsible managing 6 database administrators and 10 India’s largest banks Oracle Installation on multiple branches and provided Oracle training to Banks’s Manager and Chief Managers.

 

Integrated Standard Banking System is one of products developed by Tata Consultancy Services for most of the Nationalize and Private Banks. I worked as a Technical Sales Consultant, Database Administrator and Lead, worked in areas of Enhancements (including addition of new Modules and addition of new features), Customization, Installation, Testing and Maintenance of the System. This system interacts with database ORACLE. I have worked to make changes in Forms, Proc*C and SQL programs.
