Management over a thousand applications and tens of thousands of physical and virtual desktops using Windows 7, 8 & 10 for multiple environments across several departments of the United Nations. Application and OS delivery via multi-tiered SCCM 2012 with central and primary sites. Designed and managed the process for packaging and deployment of desktop applications and introduced relevant documentation and testing.  Responsible for mentoring and remediation of complex issues. Planned and oversaw the implementation of streamlined application updates using Shavlik. Architected and managed the rapid migration of 350 applications into SCCM using automation, from ITCM at end-of-life.

Designed, installed and configured our production application compatibility database.

Integration: Seconded to assist the integration team and put in place standard procedures for deployment of updates. Created robust Object Oriented VB scripts that standardised the method used to deploy updates, including the creation of an extensive library of VBScript functions for automating many commonly required operations. Created WIM images for automated OS deployment via MDT and creating VB script automated driver installations.
