·   Architect, Engineer and Implement Windows based computational farms and Application clusters on global projects;

·   Managed and execute Performance engineering and capacity planning using HyPerformix toolset – here is a Waters excerpt from Henry Ciaran (Global Head of Client Technology at CSFB) “We’ve avoided investing in upwards of $1mil in servers to meet demands” – CSFB Pushes, Pulls and Stress Test the Envelope article by P. ·   Architect B2B solutions using BizTalk – integrate multiple systems using loosely coupled interactions between XML based objects;

·   Developed and implemented a full Application Monitoring framework based on OWL(Integrasolv) technology that will integrate with MOM and HP Open View (Linux based infrastructure);

·   Developer support (>300users) with Win DNA, .NET and Web Services; support for XML/SOAP/DDW .NET security context for application development;
