ü      JP Morgan Chase Bank – Led a team to architect, design and implement a new generation Middleware” Enterprise Services Bus” (Provide faster time to integration, monitoring, auditing, and managing all back-end and front ends integration, which decreased response time to 0.01 for 500 million daily transactions, reduced the cost of operation to less than 15% and saved 300 million in cost reductions)-2005 

ü      Nationwide Insurance – Led a cross global team, to architect, design and implement a new generation of

e-Commerce solutions for 6900 Insurance agencies across the nations to have access to insurance products, services and policy on real-time (Increased market expandability to 400%resulted in 830 M in revenue) .2007

ü      Kaiser Permanente -Led a team for rationalizing existing redundancies& duplications in 4800 applications, 53 databased, 4infrastructures and18000 storages. (Rationalized & reduced 33% of redundancies in applications, 60% in databases and 43% in the number of storage which led to overall 28% of cost reductions in operations and saving $375Mperyear).2007
