●        Leader and architect for toll road portal. Analyzed business needs to provide technical design of a multi-system solution for US’s 3 largest county. Managed client relationships, lead contributor for multiple projects with multiple teams. Solution delivered successfully within project constraints including OWASP & PCI compliance. Solution leveraged Amazon’s Predictive Analysis to help drive decisions around back office systems. Efforts secured additional 2 years funding for new initiatives. Solution included WebLogic, Oracle PL/SQL, .NET WebAPI, IIS, AngularJS, SPA, SiteCore CMS, Node.js, Prerender.io, Amazon AWS.

●        Lead modernization of nationwide pharmaceutical compounding software. Partnered with business to integrate with 3^rd party services hosted in AWS for up-to-the-minute pricing, critical allergy info and drug/ingredient facts. Mitigated risks while managing stakeholder expectations. Reduced time to market via strict adherence to unit testing, schedule controls and DevOps practices. ●        Practice Manager for Houston’s SD&I and DevOps practices. The software development and integration practice is Houston unit’s largest practice in both revenue and staff. Provided consultation and guidance to both our clients and our internal team’s development on Amazon and Azure Cloud. Enables 25k mobile devices monitored through 1k+ dispatch facilities. Integration included 2 upstream systems, 4 downstream systems, 3 BI systems and 6 city municipalities. Managed projects through a hybrid Scrum/Waterfall approach.  Releases involved 9 total teams with 5 separate environments. ●        Generated $4 billion annually from WM's 600+ disposal facility solution. Managed 5 onshore & 3 offshore developers for WM’s Fastlane system. Revenue generated through WM & 3^rd party 2k/day disposal tickets and audited through waste tracking and vehicle volume measurements.
