• Orchestrated the implementation of program’s first successful release (Allocations) into production spanning TIBCO MDM, BW, EMS, Oracle RMS/Allocations and other integration/in-house technologies.

• Led team resource planning, organization work planning and deployment, managing organization capabilities, client management and developing joint HP-P&G business plan.

• Developed scope/stood-up CIB improvement program to improve proprietary internal P&G data transport solution resulting, once implemented, in a reduction of incidents by >95% over 9 months starting Jan 2008.

• Participated on steering committee for selection and delivery of HP Services Tech-Con showcases.

• Managed team developing RFP responses encompassing solution strategy, design and crafting the proposal(s). Team won pursuits in multiple verticals: CPG, Financial, Media and Healthcare.

• Served on HP Services Tech Council responsible for identifying and shepherding future disruptive technologies HP Labs was incubating into commercially viable offerings for HP Enterprise services.

• Led architecture of $100M+ proposal to provide P&G a multi-tier provisioned “Infrastructure-as-a-Service” private cloud offering leveraging external HP Data Center.

• Awarded in recognition HP Services MVP Leadership Award (3/2006)

• Managed global delivery organization responsible for operational excellence and implementation of Procter & Gamble’s Enterprise Application Integration and B2B services. Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of data transport, transformation and integration services for the P&G account spanning SAP, Tibco, Cyclone, GXS ES/AI and custom systems.
